Food for thought.

Two meats I’ll miss when I go back home:

Boudin (Blood Sausage):  Never too much of it, but two links go very well with Saurkraut and a beer.

Horse:  Oh man, this meet is soo good.  It’s tender, not as fatty as beef, and tastes better.

However, beef is better in North America anyway.
